Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order via our hotline or WhatsApp.
The product must be unused, in brand-new condition, and returned with the original tags, box, and any included accessories. Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.
Exchanges will not be accepted for used, damaged, or incomplete items.
To request an exchange, send a clear photo of the item to us via WhatsApp, along with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the preferred size or color.
Return the item to us within 3 days via courier, and notify us once it's sent.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be processed within 3-5 working days.
Customers are responsible for both the return and reshipping courier charges.
If you received a wrong or damaged item due to our mistake, we will arrange a free
pickup and send the correct item without any extra charge.
Exchanges will only be processed after we receive and verify the returned item. Items damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging will not be accepted.
