Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange an item, please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order via our hotline or WhatsApp.
- The product must be unused, in brand-new condition, and returned with the original tags, box, and any included accessories. Please ensure the item is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit.
- Exchanges will not be accepted for used, damaged, or incomplete items.
- To request an exchange, send a clear photo of the item to us via WhatsApp, along with your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the preferred size or color.
- Return the item to us within 3 days via courier, and notify us once it's sent.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your replacement will be processed within 3-5 working days.
- Customers are responsible for both the return and reshipping courier charges.
- If you received a wrong or damaged item due to our mistake, we will arrange a free
pickup and send the correct item without any extra charge. - Exchanges will only be processed after we receive and verify the returned item. Items damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging will not be accepted.
