Delivery Information 

• Delivery Area:
  We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka via our trusted courier partners. 
  
  
• Processing Time:
  All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation once your order is shipped.
  
  
• Delivery Time:
  Colombo & suburbs: 2–3 working days
  Outstation areas: 3–5 working days
  (Delivery times may vary depending on your location.)
  
  
• Delivery Charges:
  Rs. 350 island-wide.
  
  
• Order Tracking:
  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can use this to check the status of your delivery.
  
  
• Fail Deliveries: 
  If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, our team will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

Cancellation Policy

You must inform us within 24 hours of placing the order if you wish to cancel it.
Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be accepted.
