Returns

If a product is returned to us after dispatch and you request it to be re-shipped, we will arrange the reshipment.
Please note: Additional courier charges will apply for reshipments.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned item.
• We initiate refunds within 7 working days after receiving the returned product.
• For dispatched orders, only the product value will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
